Amitabh Saxenais founder of Anexas group of consulting companies, which has 6 offices in five countries and clients in more than twenty five countries. He is an Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Balanced Score Card and Robotic Process Automation consultant and trainer with 29 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, ITES, IT, Healthcare and manufacturing domains. He is trained in Six Sigma at AXA University, Paris and has implemented innovation, lean and process excellence initiatives in more than fifty organizations like Deutsche Bank, Bank Muscat, Riyad Bank, UAE Exchange, ING Vysya Bank, ADCO, Technip France Abu Dhabi, L & T Infotech, Software Paradigms, AXA and OfficeTiger (RR Donnelley) in Abu Dhabi, India, UK, Europe, GCC and Middle East, By education, he is a Chemical Engineer and MBA (Finance) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Amitabh has authored a book ‘The Anexas Story’ to be released in October 2019, which describes his journey as an entrepreneur after working in corporates for twenty years as a finance and quality professional.
Some of Amitabh’s past corporate assignments were as Vice President – Transformation with Deutsche Bank Group and Head-Process Excellence with Riyadh Bank. He has worked at senior positions in OfficeTiger-RR Donnelley (as Vice President- Six Sigma), Maersk in Denmark, AXA in UK and KPMG (as Head- Six Sigma Advisory Services, India) and was also associated with Quality Mission Project of Indian Statistical Institute; Indo Rama (Thailand) Ltd and Bharat Petroleum. Presently he is with Anexas, a Denmark based company he founded in 2006, consulting leading banks in India, Middle East and Europe on innovation, RPA, AI and process excellence implementation.
As Innovation and leadership consultant, Amitabh has guided more than 1000 improvement projects, trained more than 1500 Black Belts and 5500 Green Belts. He has also trained more than 1000 middle and senior management personnel in Innovation, Lean, Balanced Score Card, ISO 9000, CMM and Statistical Process Control. He has spoken at global and national summits for American Society of Quality, IQPC, Marcus Evans, Indian Statistical Institute, NASSCOM, NIQR, WCBF and chaired leading conferences on Process Excellence, entrepreneurship, and innovation in India, UK, US, Middle East and several European countries. He is also jury member of Hospital Management Asia Awards, North America Shared Services Process Excellence Award and Symbiosis Lean Six Sigma process excellence awards.
Amitabh has received many international awards for his contribution to Process excellence, entrepreneurship and innovation. He has authored two books, and business magazines and TV have featured him for his exemplary work in innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.
